HazMatPractice.com ("we," "the site") is a free CDL HazMat endorsement study tool operated by LXB Studio LLC. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect (almost nothing) and how it's handled.

LOCAL STORAGE
The site uses your browser's localStorage to save your quiz progress — specifically which questions you've missed and which topics need review. This data:
- Never leaves your device
- Is never sent to any server
- Can be cleared at any time through your browser settings
- Is only used to power the "Weak Spot Targeting" quiz mode
COOKIES
We do not use cookies. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The site does not embed any third-party scripts, trackers, analytics platforms, or advertising networks. No data is shared with any third party.
If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated and the tool will be privacy-respecting (such as Plausible or similar).

The site contains links to external websites (LXB Studio, social media profiles). These third-party sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The site is designed for adults studying for the CDL HazMat endorsement (minimum age 21 per DOT regulations). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
